Take a medium bowl.
Add the butter in it.
Add the flour and mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture.
Take a large bowl and add the yeast into it.
Add the sugar, salt and milk.
Mix the milk mixture with the flour.
Add the cocoa powder, eggs, lemon extract and the almond extract together.
Knead the dough until uniform.
Place butter on dough and fold it.
Make pastries from the dough roll.
Add the heavy cream in the pastry dough.
Bake them for ten minutes.
The pastry is ready to be served.
