Ingredients
  

  • Two cups of milk
  • Half cup of white sugar
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • Two eggs
  • Two tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • A teaspoon of lemon extract
  • A teaspoon of almond extract
  • Two cups of all-purpose flour
  • A cup of butter
  • A teaspoon of dry yeast

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium bowl.
  • Add the butter in it.
  • Add the flour and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture.
  • Take a large bowl and add the yeast into it.
  • Add the sugar, salt and milk.
  • Mix the milk mixture with the flour.
  • Add the cocoa powder, eggs, lemon extract and the almond extract together.
  • Knead the dough until uniform.
  • Place butter on dough and fold it.
  • Make pastries from the dough roll.
  • Add the heavy cream in the pastry dough.
  • Bake them for ten minutes.
  • The pastry is ready to be served.
