Ingredients
Two tablespoon of caster sugar
Half cup of parsnip slices
Half tablespoon of ground cloves
Half tablespoon of cinnamon
Half tablespoon of nutmeg
Half cup of unsalted butter
Half teaspoon of dried thyme
Two eggs
Half cup of cream of tartar
Two cups of all-purpose flour
One cup of shredded gruyere cheese
Instructions
1.Take a large pan.
Heat it over medium high heat.
Add the sugar into it.
Heat it until it turns golden caramel.
Add the parsnip slices, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Increase the heat and cook it for five minutes.
Remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Take a large bowl and add cheese into it.
Add the cream of tartar and flour into it.
Add the cooked parsnip and rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
Add the ingredients into a baking dish.
Bake the ingredients for ten to fifteen minutes.
Your dish is ready to be served.
