Ingredients
A cup of desiccated coconut
Half cup of water
A cup of self-rising flour
Half cup of butter
A tablespoon of milk
A teaspoon of baking powder
Two eggs
A cup of brown sugar
Instructions
Take a pan.
Add the butter.
When it melts down, add the milk and flour.
Mix the ingredients to form a dough.
Switch off the stove once the dough is formed.
Add the mixture into a bowl.
Add the desiccated coconut into it.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix.
Mix all the ingredients and separate the dough in a pie dish.
Bake the mixture for forty five minutes.
Your dish is ready to be served.
