  • Two tablespoon of Herbs de Provence
  • Half cup of butter
  • A pack of tart dough
  • Half cup of cream
  • Two tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Two cups of onion
  • Two tablespoon of olive oil
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Take a large pan.
  • Add the oil and onion into the pan.
  • Cook the onion and add the spices and garlic into the mixture.
  • Cool it down once it is cooked.
  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add the cream and beat it properly.
  • Make it frothy and then add the butter.
  • Beat the mixture properly and then add the onion mixture in the butter.
  • Mix the mixture properly.
  • Lay the tart dough into greased tart dishes.
  • Bake the dish properly for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Add the chopped cilantro on top.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
